I think when people ask about sabbatical it’s not something they want a slideshow about.

People keep asking me “how are you” so I decided to make a slideshow and share it on linked in

the background noise that represents 2023-2024, peak era of tik tok

it’s just distracting and unfair to my attention

Think of one thing to accomplish in the morning. And change it every day for some variety.

A few in my rotation:

• Do not use phone on the pooper
• Do good morning stretches
• Do bridges
• Have a cup of tea before work
• Don’t start work until 9
• Shower

Maybe some kind of bias but all the dog beds I’ve owned are a pain to unzip and wash, with the only advantage being the way they look is meant for dogs. Thankfully Freddie gives 0 shits about that. He’ll happily sleep on a towel
